ERA TALENT NETWORK
The Regional Career Guidance Center for Researchers – South-West Oltenia Region (CROC) facilitates collaboration among relevant actors from the university and research field in the South-West Oltenia region with the aim of improving assistance services for researchers, increasing interest in research careers among young people, promoting Romanian research results at a regional level, and stimulating cooperation between regional career guidance centers and the European network.
The Center is part of the ERA TALENT network, providing access to updated information, specialized resources, and services dedicated to researchers from Romania and abroad.
CROC is present on the Euraxess Romania Network platform, which offers free support to international researchers and their families, including:
- advice and assistance in dealing with authorities and administrative formalities;
- information about daily life and integration into the local community;
- access to scholarships, grants, and research employment opportunities;
- guides and contact details for personalized support.
Through our activity, we contribute to the development of researchers’ sustainable careers, promoting excellence in research and innovation, and connecting the scientific community from the South-West region with national and international opportunities.
